JEFF COCHRAN is a Senior Associate and Project Architect with Southern Design Concepts of Atlanta, Inc. Previously, Jeff has worked with architectural firms where he was involved in the design and presentation of a $200 million industrial park prototype and the design and construction of over 200 high-end residential projects.

Jeff has experience in master planning, cost estimation, AutoCAD, custom design, working drawings and construction supervision. Residential is only one area of design Jeff has been involved in. Over the years Jeff has been apart of designing various projects including churches, commercial and residential.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Insitute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University. He is licensed to practice architecture in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
