Our team at Southern Design Concepts of Atlanta, Inc. is ecstatic to announce that we will be designing 65 custom homes scattered throughout the Regatta Bay Golf & Yacht Club in Destin, Florida. Regatta Bay Golf & Yacht Club is a planned custom community featuring amenities such as golf and a private marina.

Inspired by the French and Dutch West-Indies, the homes will feature a Caribbean design with high-end, luxury finishes. The homes will feature 4,500 square feet of functional, yet luxurious living space. Equipped with a gourmet kitchens and spacious family gathering spaces, these open floor plan designs are perfect for your or any multi-generational families to live in multiple distinctly designed floor plans and cherish your memories in for years to come.
